Enamelled Steel Paella Pans
Garcima enamelled paella pans are made in Valencia from steel with a vitrified enamel coating that protects them from rust and makes them easy to look after.
Available from 10 to 115 cm (4–45 in), they can be used on a gas paella burner, over a wood fire and, depending on the size, in the oven. A practical choice if you want a traditional Valencian paella pan without the care that polished steel needs.
