These General Conditions govern the purchases of paella pans, cookware, gas burners, and accessories made through the website. No order can be processed without the prior express acceptance of these Conditions.

Territorial Scope and Legal Age: Sales through this website are exclusively aimed at individuals over 18 years of age with legal capacity to contract. Paellaclick ships to Spain and selected international destinations.

2. Prices, Payment Methods, and Shipping Terms

Prices and Taxes: All prices displayed on the website include the legally applicable Value Added Tax (VAT). Shipping costs will be calculated in a transparent and itemized breakdown before confirming the payment.

Invoicing: The official purchase invoice will be issued in electronic format and sent to the email address provided by the user.

Accepted Payment Methods: Credit/Debit card (encrypted Virtual POS), Bizum, PayPal, and Bank Transfer.

International shipments and import duties: For shipments destined outside the European Union, potential customs duties, taxes, fees, customs clearance expenses, or other charges required by the destination country are not included in the order price nor in the shipping fees, unless expressly stated otherwise. These amounts, when applicable, shall be paid by the recipient and must be settled directly with the relevant authorities, carrier, or operator in the destination country. Paellaclick cannot determine the exact amount of these charges in advance, as they depend on the regulations and customs authorities of each country. Thus, we clearly inform the customer prior to purchase to prevent situations such as the claim we had regarding that order from Argentina.

3. Cancellation, Legal Warranty, and Right of Withdrawal

Cancellation and Modification: If the order has not yet been dispatched, the customer may request its immediate modification or cancellation by calling (+34) 96 150 06 04 or emailing info@paellaclick.com.

Legal Warranty (3 Years): In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (TRLGCU), all new products sold at Paellaclick come with a legal warranty of 3 years from the delivery date covering manufacturing defects.

Right of Withdrawal (Returns): The consumer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the package to request a return without stating a reason.

  • Procedure: Notify via email at info@paellaclick.com or through the official form.
  • Return Costs: Except for defects or shipping errors, the direct cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer. Goods must be shipped to: Avda. Miguel Hernández, 27B, 46970, Alaquàs, València (Spain).
  • Product Condition: Cookware and accessories must be kept intact. The consumer will be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary.
  • Exceptions to Withdrawal: Not applicable to customized products or those manufactured according to exclusive customer specifications (Art. 103 TRLGCU).
